Ha! Not sure what this is about, but I rode my bike past a Lutheran church this weekend...a little white old church/schoolhouse. When I peeked through the fence they had a smiling happy budda placed in front of a big red arbor on their patio. He was golden and bright in the sun, like a treasured coin. So out of place. So beautiful.
Annie, I have always seen him out of place..The poem here is about the title itself...the notion of nations..how economy and currency and other things churned in mathematical bellies defines how people lead their lives or fail to in some cases....fear is everywhere ....
Rick, Thank you for stopping by again..Bless annie for bringing someone with a wise eye to this place..She ,i repeat is wonderful....i have lately been lost for words in both the real and this my asymmetric haven as a dark mirror hiding from the real world..
The society that is supposed to shield us...does exactly the same...protects the very idea of what matters/should matter...any intrusion(good/bad) is frowned upon... so to think of it...mechanical lives...with equally insipid beliefs ensue... God bless the maverick...for he truly dares to break free from this insanity! Oh, What an asylum! ~Aindrila

i admire that you choose to wait for an inspiration worth exploring-then master it, rather than scramble for words just to fill space
