When I was pregnant, I felt like I was EVERYTHING. The world spun to nourish me and the child I carried. When my sons were born, they were EVERYTHING, and I was simply food on the chain. And now I am even smaller. I feed no one, and yet...somehow we fit in the world and are important to the way it functions. Otherwise we would not be here.
Annie, I think i will be a lot when i father a child someday...But i'm not sure if i would want to do it...You show me sides of the coin i never think of...perhaps i only saw the side i have been asking for...But then you often send my mind for a toss...i watched terence malick's 'the tree of life recently'..In case you have missed it...Do watch..
