Crisis of doubt

Imagine
 error
without reasonable doubt,
  and it looks
good ,    abruptly
 they say
mountains-even
the metaphorical kind-
            inevitably,
               make you go backwards,
and turn horses
  into men ,who
 would
rather undergo surgeries
     than crises.
